Account and data deletion
Delete from within the app
This is the fastest way.
- Open the Settings screen in the app or on the web.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- Your account and account information (email, sign-in provider, sign-up time) are deleted immediately.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, send an email titled "Account deletion request" from the address you signed up with to the address below. We will verify your identity, process the request, and reply with the result.
What is deleted / what remains
- Deleted immediately: account, email address, sign-in provider, sign-up and last sign-in times, paid plan association
- Not applicable (never on our server): household transactions, account balances, holdings — these live on your device only and are removed when you uninstall the app
- Payment and transaction records that we are legally required to retain may remain with the app store for the period required by law
