1. What this service is — not investment advice

This app is a record-keeping tool that calculates and organizes information you enter yourself.

It does not recommend or instruct you to buy or sell any security or product, and it provides no automated trading. It is not an investment advisory or discretionary investment service.

Safety thresholds, allocation ratios, tax estimates, and AI summaries are general calculations and reference information. You are responsible for your own decisions. Please consult a professional for tax and investment decisions.

2. Responsibility for your data

Your household data is stored on your device. Data lost through a lost device, a factory reset, or uninstalling the app cannot be recovered.

We recommend backing up regularly with Settings > Export JSON.

3. Paid plans (subscription)

On iPhone and iPad the app is free to download; an optional subscription removes ads and lifts the limits. The Android edition is ad-supported and offers no in-app purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, the same amount is charged again. You can cancel at any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, and you keep access for the rest of the paid period.

Payment and refunds follow App Store policy. Refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

AI features have a monthly usage limit per plan. Limits are shown on the plan screen in the app. No plan offers unlimited AI use.

If you stop subscribing, everything you recorded stays. Ads return and the free limits apply again.

4. Prohibited conduct

Reverse engineering the service, calling it in bulk with automated tools, using another person’s account, or generating fraudulent ad clicks or impressions is prohibited. We may restrict access for violations.

5. Open source

This app uses open source software. The list of components and their license texts are available under Settings > Open source licenses.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the service is provided free of charge, it is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
